QOTW: Your Greatest Achievement

What has been your Greatest Achievement in the CM or FM series?  Taking Doncaster to the Premiership? Winning the Champions League with Crewe? Or perhaps it’s just seeing that youngster develop into a world class athlete. Either way, we want your answers. Every Friday we will be posting a new QOTW, and you can post your responses in the Throw-In.com forums. The best (judged by me, anywho) responses will featuer on the website next Friday.
